Hello to all our friends and family, Jon and I have created this blog to keep everyone posted on the newest addition to our families in one convenient location!
Our little man is due on June 22nd, time is ticking closer and we can't wait til he is finally here!
I've been put on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy, since my blood pressure readings have been high lately due to gestational hypertension and there are concerns that I may develop preeclampsia if things do not improve. Not to worry, baby is fine and healthy and breakdancing away inside my belly! It's just a precaution to keep us both safe.
Everything has been going well; Jon is away at Camp Lejeune for a big portion of his Riverine training and should be home in time for the birth. We moved into our house about a month ago and are working on getting the baby's room set up; pictures will be posted with the final product soon! It's very nice to no longer share walls with neighbors and have our own yard and driveway!
